Kristen Witucki
Kristen is an author, teacher, and accessibility specialist. She has been totally blind since birth.
She earned a BA in English from Vassar College and has gone on to complete three Masters degrees. A teacher of blind and low vision students for Vistas Education Partners and a content writer for Tamman Inc., she has also served as a mentor for college students who are blind. More recently, Kristen has mentored writers for the Association of Writers and Writing Programs.
Hoby Wedler
Dr. Hoby Wedler is an insightful, disarming, and passionate thinker who loves to bring people together to help them see new possibilities.
Hoby has been completely blind since birth. Chemist, entrepreneur, and sensory expert who has earned his Ph.D. in organic chemistry at UC Davis. In 2011, Hoby founded a non-profit organization to lead annual chemistry camps for blind and visually impaired students throughout North America. President Barack Obama recognized Hoby by naming him a Champion of Change for enhancing employment and education opportunities for people with disabilities. Forbes Media has also named Hoby as a leader in food and drink in their 30 under 30 annual publication.
